GIS Head Personality & Head Interface Boards for Konica Minolta Printheads
The GIS Head Personality and Head Interface Boards (HPB-KM-512, HPB-KM-1024 and HIB-KM-1024i) are designed to provide communications between Konica Minolta printheads and the GIS Print Manager Boards (PMB-C8/PMB-C2) and provide access to all standard printhead settings including voltage trim, temperature, binary and greyscale mode and waveform settings. Additional control is provided over printhead and heater power.
Head Personality Boards for KM512 and KM1024 Printheads
The HPB-KM-512 and HPB-KM-1024 connect to the Konica Minolta ICB and provide 5V logic, 24V printhead and 24V heater power drawn from a single 24V power connector. Power up and power down sequencing is automatically controlled with voltage level auto sensing circuitry.
The HPB-KM-512 and HPB-KM-1024 are also designed with small form factor for easy connection and integration with the appropriate KM ICB.
Head Interface Board for KM1024i Printheads
The HIB-KM-1024i is a direct drive board and provides communication between the GIS Print Manager Board (PMB-C2/PMB-C8) and the KM1024i printhead. It can support 2 x KM1024i printheads per board and requires a 24V power connector.
